Refund & Dispute Policy
Due to the custom nature of our software development and consulting services, all payments are final and non-refundable once work has begun or deliverables are shared. For any issues, contact us at info@codecrest.ca within 7 days of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel monthly support or consulting services with 14 days' notice. For milestone-based projects, cancellations must occur before work begins. Partial billing applies for work done if cancellation occurs mid-project.
Return Policy
We do not offer physical goods. All services are digital and delivered electronically. Therefore, a return policy is not applicable.

By working with Code Crest Inc., you agree to our standard terms covering project scope, timelines, payments, and confidentiality. Intellectual property developed is transferred to the client unless stated otherwise.
